This property is a 3-storey villa built in Russian style. Siberian larch was used for the construction, which were processed according to the traditional method of construction. Because of that the building is unique in Western Europe! Approximately 320m³ of wood was used during construction. In common wood constructions, as is known, for example, from America, only about 25m³-35m³ are used. Siberian larch is extremely resistant, this is why it is used as a popular building material due to its good insulation characteristics and pest-resistance.

The main house is spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a nice large living room with terrace on the south side and a wonderful view over the Alps, an American kitchen, as well as a main bedroom with bath and shower. Due to the thick wooden walls, there is a perfect climate all year round inside the building. The nearest neighbor is about 120 m away, so you can quietly enjoy your new fantastic view. The owner would like to give you the possibility of living in the Villa for a set amount of time, that is, until you have made a final decision. While this time he ofers you a guided tour with all the amenities of the area.

A fantastic and unique wooden staircase leads to the first floor of the main house. Here you will find another bathroom and two further large bedrooms, as well as a very large luxurious bathroom.
