The apartment is located in the converted attic of a two-party house. The gross living area is over 85m² plus balcony, but is only calculated at 76m² due to the sloping roof.
The associated garden area invites you to a variety of activities in the fresh air. The small wooden hut can be used to store bikes or other items. There is also a very nice patio with a view of the countryside towards the sunset.
The apartment is suitable for a small family (3 people) or a couple. The property is only rented to non-smokers, pets must be reported to the landlord and are possible by arrangement.
A caretaker service and garden maintenance are not offered, both are done by the tenant himself.
