+++ The house +++
The house is kept in a rustic style and is very well maintained. The property impresses with a very spacious living area of around 180 m². A shielding entrance gate, behind which there is a spacious driveway, shows the way to the house.
In the house you will be welcomed in a beautiful, well-kept hallway and from there you can enter the country-style kitchen. If you follow the hallway, you can discover a beautiful and elaborately designed bathroom, which is tiled up to the ceiling. There you can take a relaxing bath in the spacious, tiled corner bathtub in a luxurious atmosphere. If you need to and if you have to go faster, the shower is of course also suitable for refreshment. The floor in the bathroom is not only easy to care for thanks to the relatively light tiles, but also brings in a bit of additional brightness that is already provided by the window and exudes a feel-good atmosphere like in a small oasis. There is enough space for under-bench cabinets, chests of drawers and a washing machine. Apart from that, your guests have space on the ground floor in a cozy room, which of course can also be used as a children's room. A beautiful solid wood staircase leads up from the ground floor. There is a nice and cozy living room under the roof as well as a small but practical study that can also be used in other ways. There is also a small bathroom with a toilet and wash basin attached.
Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful, uniquely built winter garden with a solid roof, which saves sun blinds and also protects against unpleasant overheating in summer and at the same time ensures a pleasant temperature in winter. The winter garden is ideal as a continuation of the living room, for leisure activities or as a dining room. The view can wander from the glass front of the winter garden out onto the green areas and vegetable patches. There it is also a bit of a challenge to miss a ray of sunshine, as the house has a wonderful southern exposure.
In the hallway on the ground floor there is the passage to the spacious, undivided area of the house (large usable area) on the right, which can be individually expanded or left as it is. From this you can reach two more rooms, which can be used as a billiard room and another children's room, for example. There is also the heating and utility room and access to the dry cellar.
