+ The property +
This property is a former manor with a wonderful park located directly on the Saale Canal. The floods in 2002 and in June 2013 did not cause any damage to this property or the building. The peace, the ambience and the almost imperceptible proximity to the cities give this property a special touch. As soon as you enter the property, you will experience the character from earlier eras.
The property consists of the manor house, the servants' yard, small animal shed and the seasonal pavilions on the western side of the manor house. The property is fully developed with electricity, water, sewage, gas and telephone. Two wells supply the property as well as the water features in front of the manor house. The paths in the park are all solidly paved.
+ The mansion +
The basic renovation of this building has already been completed. The following elements were renewed:
Facade, high-quality wooden windows, roof, chimney renovation, electrical system and heating / plumbing.
The core of the renovation was also the replacement of the wooden beam ceilings, the gutting of plaster from all rooms and uncovering the timber-framed containers. In the partial basement, the sandstone walls were exposed again and the brick floor was lowered by approx. 20 cm. A pump sump in the boiler room was reactivated.
In the house, an area of about 92 m² is currently completely completed. The other rooms are already equipped with all media, so that your own imagination creates the perfection here.

This horseshoe building faces the southwest. The fabric of the building is very good and has been completely secured from decay. The roofing, doors and wooden windows and gates were partially renewed. In the middle part there is a utility wing (kitchen, lounge, shower / toilet, changing room) completely developed for commercial use. Further connection media for expansion in the horseshoe building are already available.

The district of Kreypau is located right outside the gates of the city of Merseburg. The Saale flows along the property completely inconspicuously, and at the far end there is a nature reserve. The village itself was first mentioned around 1200. Today around 330 residents live here and most of the houses have been largely renovated and well preserved.
Schools, kindergartens and shops are located in Merseburg and Leuna. The nearby Nova Eventis shopping center replaces the usual shopping mile in the inner city.
