Location description

Located directly on the Krantzkloof Nature Reserve, one of the most beautiful views in South Africa awaits you directly from your own terrace. The huge villa is located in Kloof, which is close to Durban. Schools, shops, places of worship and other facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

Durban is a world metropolis with around 4 million inhabitants. The place is the ideal point of arrival to get to know the real 'civilized' Africa.
Due to its international airport, which can be reached in just 30 minutes (King Shaka Airport), the region enjoys immense tourist influx.

Durban impresses with its mild climate and the inviting warm beaches of the Indian Ocean, the water of which does not drop below 20 degrees even in winter. Of course, it is also ideal for the many surfers and divers who can be found here. Another popular surfing beach is in Ballito, 60km from Durban. The local winter (May to August) impresses with almost days of sunshine at 24 - 28 degrees all day.
