A condominium with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and parking space is being sold in a WEG on the 1st floor of an apartment building, a so-called old new building.
On average, the apartment corresponds to the well-known floor plan of such properties. The apartment is partially only prepared (hallway and one room), here the future owner can set up according to his wishes and laminate is currently being laid in it.
